4 Servings

Serving Size 8oz.

FLAVOR PROFILE

This lemonade is crisp, soft, fiery, and cooling all at the same time. It also moonlights as an excellent hot tea, just heat it up as-is and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

Raw Ginger - peeled – 1.5 inches

Raw Turmeric - peeled – 1.5 inches

Lemon – 1.5 Tablespoons juice

Honey – 2 Tablespoons

Black pepper - pinch

Water 4.5 Cups

PROCEDURES

Add all ingredients to blender and liquefy.

Pour through nut-milk bag or strainer into container.

Skim the top

Chill or serve over ice

NOTES

The pulp from this lemonade is more solid and will not make its way through the bag or strainer as easily as the watermelon lemonade.

When this drink sits still some very fine sediment will form on the bottom of the container. A mason jar is ideal for storage so it is easy to shake before serving.
